I finally got around to adding this oft-requested QoL feature…: 
Using the parameter “hidden” with the !skills command will return all of your currently remembered Hidden Skills. Edit: 1.1 version of this patch also changes: You can shortcut this through !hidden and it will also now tell you your current Hidden Skill penalty if you have one. The lowest base priority is now capped at 3. Skill Drop cooldown increased from 30 to 50.(edited)
