Increased the power of Hell abilities, making them considerably stronger if the Caster or Target has low Faith. They’re still quite a bit weaker than Heaven abilities if both have average Faith, but start to overtake Hell abilities the lower one of the two’s Faith falls.

Compared to their previous value where a 60-Faith caster would only get a benefit from Hell over Heaven if the target fell below ~38 Faith(!)
