8/4 patch: 
To combat the 
effects of unlucky stretches for skill remembrance of prestiged users, you are now guaranteed to remember a prestige skill on the 20th level after failing to remember any. The chance to remember skills ‘normally’ has not changed (most will remember their skill(s) far sooner); this is merely a safety net for really unlucky users, similar to the snub system.(edited)

After talking to some I decided to expediate another item on this patch. I’ll have to refine this later since I did it in an suboptimal way, but wanted to ease some concerns from people: The above change now applies individually for each prestige skill. Ergo, RaidBoss won’t prevent you from remembering BladeGrasp on the 20th level after not remembering it.
