Hidden Skills can be looked up with !skill assuming you have earned it (doesn’t have to be currently remembered). If you don’t, you’ll get the 
response similar to if you try it with !skills. The dump will now contain prestigehelp.txt, similar to skillhelp.txt but for Prestige skills.

And adding to that… It will now also work if you have a legacy version of a Hidden skill as well (including making a note that it’s one-use). The only legacy skills in circulation are the RaidBoss skill given out during ToC2, and BladeGrasp before it became a Hidden Skill.
