Adding a few stat based commands. Not going to add these to the global command list like !allegiances because I think they may have performance issues so I don’t want them spammed. 
!balance difference: Gets your balance change since the tournament began. !gilcount: Gets the total number of Gil in the economy. !expcount: Gets the total level/exp of all users combined. !snubscount: Gets total number of snubs of all users. !gildifference: Gets the total number of Gil created/destroyed since the tournament began.(edited)

I CAN FINALLY OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE THIS! NEW EMOTES! Twitch has decided to expand Emote slots for Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscribers. So if you’re one of the few that are, here comes new emotes immediately! If not, well, you can always up your sub to these tiers to get access to them. TIER 2 EMOTES:

Additionally, I removed 
from being a Tier 3 emote… I don’t think the logo actually makes a good emote. But it may return someday, who knows.
