Adding one new Riser Reward: 
100 Priority: Gives you 100 priority on all !fight entries, no matter the parameters. This effect ends when you successfully get into the fray. While this does remove skill priority penalties, it does NOT allow you to use (cannot use) skills, nor does it void any EXP penalties.
