In the past I’ve been lax at actually enforcing these things but moving forward, I want to see a little more moderation to steer the conversation away from these topics. Moderators, please warn users breaking these rules first. But if they are a repeat offender or continue, a timeout will be warranted. Please do not ban any user that isn’t an obvious spam troll. Was kinda avoiding doing this but… 
Decreased the chances of each Draw Out when Draw Out is a secondary. This penalty is a bit more severe if you force draw out. The chance to Muramasa in particular was lowered the most substancially.(edited)
