As of next patch, you can use !skillsleft to see how many skills you have left to collect out of the normal skill pool. If you have 10 or fewer, it will list them for you.

Tweaked generation for body and head gear: knights and Lancers have a slightly higher chance to get Armors over Robes than previously. Likewise, mage classes have an increased chance at Robes over Clothes. Squires can also now sometimes equip Armor and Helmets. And Blue Mage Calculators can also get Armor and Helmets (a good chance, at that). Additionally, Equip Armor now only Grant’s access to armor types you don’t already have. In effect this means Knights, Lancers, and Samurai with this skill will have a much better chance to wear Hats and Clothes than previously; and classes without armor access normally with it are more likely to equip Armor and Helmets than before.7
