Returning RESULTS_TIME to 20, but it will increase by 2 for each level up past 5, so after level ups it will have at minimum a 10-second countdown until next match. Additionally I’m including in the console output when a user gets rerolled and what their priority was. Hopefully this won’t be too savage.
